Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not advertise expedited local dispatch or domestic warehouse dispatch claims.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be available when your order meets the promotion threshold shown on the site.

Processing Time

Processing time is usually 2-5 business days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping to the United States usually takes 10-20 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Estimates do not include customs delays, weekends, holidays, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, we will send a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update after dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the available tracking information and may offer a reshipment, refund, or another solution depending on the situation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Some orders may ship from our fulfillment partners in Asia. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the shipping method and local customs rules. If duties-paid shipping is used, no additional customs payment should be required upon delivery. If duties or customs fees are charged by the carrier or customs authority, these charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping details after an order has been dispatched.

We currently prioritize PayPal checkout. Credit cards may be available through PayPal checkout. Additional payment methods, such as card processors, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Stripe, may be added later if available at checkout.
