Return & Warranty Policy

Overview
We want Luna & Vale pieces to arrive as expected and feel thoughtful from the moment you open them. This policy explains returns, final sale items, and quality warranty support for orders shipped to customers in the United States.
7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days after delivery. Return requests are reviewed before approval. Please do not send items back without written approval from our support team.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and sent back with original packaging. Items showing wear, fragrance, stains, damage, missing parts, or packaging issues may be refused.
Natural stone, bead, metal tone, texture, and slight size variations are normal characteristics of jewelry materials and are not considered quality defects.
Return Shipping
For returns that are not caused by a confirmed quality issue, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable.
Non-quality returns requested after 7 days may be reviewed at our discretion. If approved, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect: one-of-a-kind pieces, vintage-inspired limited pieces, clearance items, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale.
30-Day Quality Warranty
If a confirmed quality issue appears within 30 days of delivery, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the issue and product availability.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, exposure to chemicals, improper storage, unauthorized repair, or damage caused after delivery.
After 30 Days
After 30 days, non-quality issues and normal wear are not eligible for refund. If repair is possible, customers are responsible for two-way shipping, and repair costs will be confirmed after review.
