Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 2-5 business days. Standard shipping to the United States usually takes 10-20 business days after dispatch.
Where do your products ship from?
Some orders may ship from our fulfillment partners in Asia. We do not make domestic warehouse dispatch claims.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 1-3 business days to update.
What if my package is delayed?
If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
